5.Reduce fuel consumption, lower temperature and extend furnace age 

After the batch material is introduced into our glass clarifier, the temperature of the bottom of the pool rises by 8-12 ° C and the temperature of the ascending channel rises by 5-10 ° C under the condition that the top temperature and radiation temperature are not changed;In the case, the radiation temperature can be reduced by 10-25 ° C or the top temperature can be reduced by 5-12 ° C, thereby reducing fuel consumption and prolonging the furnace age.

6.Coloring stable

Our glass clarifier contains two or more new clarifiers, and its products are stable in color, and have the advantages of no yellowing, no fogging, no change in color, and light in the sun.

 And our glass clarifier can eliminate the black and yellow materials appearing in the production of green material bottles; eliminate As203 or Sb203 remaining in the glass body. When glass is processed and welded in the lighting operation, the glass is blackened because As203 or Sb203 contained in the glass is decomposed into free arsenic and antimony.

7.Reasonable price and effective cost saving
